The Mississauga Ram Mandir is one of Canada's leading temples, known for its exceptional spiritual guidance and commitment to cultural preservation. As a federally registered charity, it has been serving the community for over 18 years.

Located in Mississauga, Ontario, a beautiful city, the temple supports more than 3,000 families.

Guided by Pt. Roopanauth Sharma, the founder and spiritual leader, Shri Ram Mandir has welcomed worshippers from around the world, including India, Fiji, Mauritius, South Africa, Guyana, Trinidad, and Suriname.

Mississauga Ram Mandir, Ontario, Canada

Every organization, business, or corporation starts from scratch, and Mississauga Ram Mandir was no different. Pt. Roopnauth Sharma, known for his standout leadership in the community and his straightforward way of explaining and sharing religion, was asked by many in the Hindu community to start a temple under his guidance. For the Hindus in Mississauga, seeing Mississauga Ram Mandir come to life was a dream come true. They had been looking forward to an organization that would focus on helping young people grow and would bring Hinduism into the modern age. For a long time, the temple found its home in a unit complex on Timberlea Blvd in Mississauga. Then, in July 2001, they built the current building.

Ram Mandir is more than just a place to worship. Together with its sister organization, the Canada Hindu Heritage Centre (CHHC), they offer educational opportunities for the public. These opportunities include classes in:

Tabla
Dance – both classical and contemporary
Religious seminars
Spiritual counseling

Our instructors are highly trained professionals with outstanding teaching abilities. Additionally, we provide religious services conducted by our highly skilled pandits (priests).
